Delivery Information

Generally we send our orders on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Sometimes we send more frequently depending upon demand.

Delivery takes between 1 and 5 working days depending upon your location for Australian orders. For overseas delivery can take between 2 and 3 weeks.

Although we do offer the regular postage option, we DO highly recommend that you pay for the registered post. AmbeRocks will NOT be held liable if you choose not to register your postage article just as any other online busoiness. This is a standard postage rule and registered post is the only way to ensure your parcel is trackable and guaranteed delivery.
