If you choose to not pay the additional postage charge for Registered post then you do so at your own will.
By opting for free post you accept that AmbeRocks have no liability for lost or misdirected mail. 

AmbeRocks will NOT be held liable for misplaced articles. We highly recommend and advise you to pay the small added charge to ensure your parcels delivery and tracking.

AmbeRocks will also not be held liable to warranty on water damaged items. If the items are seen to of been used in water then you void your warranty by your own choice. Water does and will damage the thread that your jewellery is upon.
